Cannot stream to iOS devices using Stream My iTunes

 
You may experience the following symptoms:
 
1. You can stream media to your iOS device when accessing iHomeServer Web Access locally
2. You can access and navigate your iTunes library via iHomeServer Web Access when accessing iHomeServer Web Access via Stream My iTunes.
3. You cannot play any media when using iHomeServer Web Access via Stream My iTunes
 
If all these three statements are true the most likely cause is that you haven't yet installed the iHomeServer root certificate authority on your iOS device.  This is mandatory on most iOS versions because iOS does not allow streaming of untrusted content, even if you have already indicated that the iHomeServer Web page is trusted.
 
To resolve this issue please install the root CA by following the instructions on this topic, then close mobile Safari and re-open it.
