iTunes already includes streaming features out of the box.  They are perfect for streaming your media to other Apple devices such as iPads, iPhones, iPods and Apple TVs

 

There are two different ways to stream media with iTunes - either using iTunes features called 'Home Sharing' or 'AirPlay'.  This section describes these two different methods and how you may use them in a home environment.

 

Don't f'orget that with iHomeServer v3 you can now 'pull' your media from many of your non-Apple devices too such as Smart TVs and Games Consoles (XBOX 360 or Playstation) using iHomeServer's built-in iTunes DLNA server.  You can also stream your media to any of your tablets, phones or computers running compatible browsers using iHomeServer Web Access
